Peach Melba Floats
I know the quality of these pictures is quite lacking, but it doesn't even matter because these floats are worth it no matter what they look like.
I chose this recipe on a whim, and it was so easy to whip up because it only has three simple ingredients! Plus it's fairly healthy because you get a serving of fruit from drinking one glass! Nothing bad about that, right?
I will warn you though, when you're blending the peaches, be sure to get them fully blended. I thought my peach mixture was completely blended but we ended up with a few peach chunks in the mix. It's not a big deal, just difficult to drink through a straw!
These are perfect for hot summer nights when you want a refreshing (and healthy!) way to cool down!
