Taco Dip
The first recipe in the new apartment was a success! Still adjusting to the new kitchen, and luckily this recipe was super easy, but I'm figuring it all out. The kitchen here is MUCH larger than the kitchen in my last apartment so I'm pretty happy.
The first night in the apartment, it quickly became evident that we had no food in our cupboards. We had already planned a Costco trip for the next day to do the initial grocery haul, but we needed something to hold us over until the next day. While scouring the recipes, we came across this simple one for taco dip, which we decided was the perfect snack for a cozy night.
This recipe is easy, tasty, and requires so few ingredients, you probably have everything you need to make it in your house already. It would be great to serve at a party or a potluck, or like us, just for sitting around on a lazy night at home!
